Lisa, Debby, Jenn & I went to a Cookbooks Company Cooking Class.
This one was "Freezer Hors D'oeuvers. We had such a blast! We made all the food and then they do a "cocktail" reception after - which consisted of all of our creations (listed below) and of course wine!

Us with Chef Chris HalpinMaking "Baked Caramelized Onion & Chevre Dolmas"

The Other Recipes:
Olive & Manchego Flat Bread
Stilton & Walnut Phyllo Kiss
Apricots Soaked in Brandy with Green Peppercorns wrapped in Pancetta
Sundried Tomato & Chevre Tarts
Honshu Salmon Satay
The next class we are taking is "Exploring a Thai Menu"
We are then waiting for the "Vietnamese Cooking" class to become available as we ALL love Vietamese food!
This is such a great idea for a day out with the girls.... They even do
"Saturday Night out: For Couples" and Ross even expressed interest in this! Whoo hooo!

Kel, That was such a good time!

When I got home, I went online and discovered some more classes we can take as couples for the same price as we paid for this one...

There is now a danger people might think I can cook. (I'll straigthen out that misconception!)

We totally have to follow thru on "the plan" with Debby and Jen and make these yummy hor oeuveres this summer!!

Thanks for inviting me.
